Registration Portal Updates

As a reminder, there will be no housing slots between March 29th through April 7th due to Good Friday and the first week of course registration. Time slots will resume on April 8th at 8am.

Housing Selection for Continuing Student is live!

Official Housing Selection Timeslots have been posted to the Portal. The March 25^th 8 am timeslot was a default timeslot for all students prior to the official release.

If you experience issues with viewing your timeslot, please clear your cache on your browser, then restart your browser, or use a different browser than you typically use.

Note that there may be a lag in accessing the Portal due to the initial release of timeslots. Please allow the screen to load and do not refresh your screens.

A few students have indicated that they are having trouble viewing/selecting more than one roommate. Requests should be made individually, then repeat for the other students. If you mistakenly deny a request, make sure the request has been canceled and resend the request to the intended person. Students should not send mutual requests. It only has to be one way.

11:15 am update

The Portal is experiencing loading issues. If clearing your cache or using a different browser does not resolve the issue, please try again at a later time.

We have been notified of the following issues:

• The Portal is experiencing slow connectivity/lag time.
  • This is causing the roommate selection screen to time out.
• Through our software developers, a bug that is causing a time zone issue for Housing Selection Timeslots.
  • The company is rectifying this issue as soon as possible and once resolved, Community Living will notify students via email. Note that the timeslot listed on the Portal is not the correct timeslot.

A few students have indicated that they are having trouble viewing/selecting more than one roommate. Students should review the Step-By-Step guide below on how to select more than one roommate.

If you are experiencing an issue with the items above, please know that we are working diligently with our vendor to rectify the errors and will update all students via email once fixed.
