Password Issues
If you are having difficulties logging into Single Sign-On, Portal, Email, or Engage, please contact the Rinker Technology Center via email: ISHelp@flsouthern.edu. Staff is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Sunday.
When you email ISHelp@flsouthern.edu, please include your name, ID number, your phone number, and if you need a password reset please include which password you need help with (Single Sign-On, Portal, Email, or Engage) as well as your date of birth for verification. You can also call the Help Desk at 863.616.6426 and have your information available or leave a voicemail message and they will return your call.
Engage
Students are able to engage with our office or student organizations through Engage. Students can access Engage through their Single Sign-On. Community Living information available on Engage includes:
- On-Call Resident Advisor Information
- Community Program Schedule
- Room Change Request Form
- Housing Selection (when in session)

Work Requests
Students with room key concerns such as a lost key or their key not working on their door should contact their Community Director or stop by the Rogers Building front desk to speak with one of our staff members. Please do not complete a Work Request.

Internet
On-Campus
Students who reside on-campus are able to connect to campus internet “FSC MocSpot 2.4 or 5G” with the password: “wireless”.
If you are experiencing issues with your internet, please complete an Information Technology Request so the Rinker Technology Center can assist you.
Off-Campus
Students who reside off-campus (College owned apartments or houses) have an individual router in your respective apartment or house. Your network name and password can be found on the bottom of your router.
If you have any concerns with your internet, please review our Troubleshooting Guide. An ethernet cord and port on a computer is required to troubleshoot the issue. If you do not have an ethernet cord and/or a computer with an ethernet port, please contact your Resident Advisor and they will be able to further assist you.
If you continue to have issues with your internet, please contact the Office of Student Life at studentlife@flsouthern.edu and a staff member will follow up with you regarding your concern.
Cable
On-Campus
Students who reside on-campus do not have access to cable boxes. Instead, Students who reside on-campus or students who live off-campus (College-owned apartments or houses), but are on-campus (such as Wynne’s Bistro, Roux Library, etc.) are able to connect to Spectrum U through their Single Sign-On homescreen.

- View instructions on downloading the Spectrum U application on your personal device.

Off-Campus
Students who reside off-campus (College-owned apartments or houses) also have access to Spectrum U while in their apartment or house. However, their access is limited to certain channels. Alternatively, students have access to a cable box (per request).

- View instructions on downloading the Spectrum U application on your personal device.
If you are interested in having a cable box or have issues with your cable box, please contact the Office of Student Life at studentlife@flsouthern.edu and a staff member will follow up with you regarding your concern.
