Airport Shuttle Service
Shuttle Pickup Dates
Florida Southern provides shuttle transportation for current students to and from the Tampa (TPA) and Orlando (MCO) airports for breaks throughout the school year.
2026-2027 Dates
Fall 2026 Departure Shuttles:
- October 17, 18 (Fall Break) at 8:00 AM & 2:00 PM
- December 16, 17 (Fall Departure) at 8:00 AM & 2:00 PM
Fall 2026 Arrival Shuttles:
- August 23, 24 (Fall Semester Return) at noon & 6:00 PM
- October 24, 25 (Fall Break Return) at noon & 6:00 PM
Thanksgiving 2026 Departure Shuttles:
- November 24 at 5:00 PM
- November 25 at 5:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Thanksgiving 2026 Arrival Shuttles:
- November 29 at 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Spring 2027 Departure Shuttles:
- March 6, 7 (Spring Break) at 8:00 AM & 2:00 PM
- May 5, 6 (Spring Departure) at 8:00 AM & 2:00 PM
Spring 2027 Arrival Shuttles:
- January 10, 11 (Spring Return) at noon & 6:00 PM
- March 13, 14 (Spring Break Return) at noon & 6:00 PM
Location of Pickups
- Tampa International – Meet at Red Baggage claim #14, near Starbuck’s.
- Orlando International – Meet at Level 2, Side B, Gate 24 at the American Airlines baggage claim area.
Capacity Limit
There is a maximum of 10 students per shuttle. Shuttle reservations are first-come, first-served with one shuttle going to each airport to drop off and pick up. Payment must be received in advance.
Plan Ahead
When scheduling your time, make sure to factor in:
- There is a $45 fee each way due at the time of shuttle registration
- Travel time to the airport (up to 90 minutes with heavy traffic)
- Allow time to check in at the airport and get through security checkpoints
All shuttles are on a first come first serve basis. All reservations must be made within three business days of the reservation. If the student does not show for the reservation, the student shall forfeit all fees. The shuttles are on a set schedule. If your flight is delayed, it will be the responsibility of the student to find alternative transportation.
