Florida Southern College Appoints a New Cohort of Students to Join Presidential Ambassador Program

Florida Southern College is proud to introduce the newest cohort of Presidential Ambassadors, a select group of students chosen to represent the College and embody its core commitments to academic excellence, leadership, and service.
Joining 11 returning Presidential Ambassadors, these 19 student leaders play a vital role in fostering connection and engagement across campus and within the broader community. They collaborate with college leadership, faculty, staff and alumni to enhance the student experience at Florida Southern. This role is both an honor and a responsibility, as they represent the President’s Office at major college events such as commencement, Board of Trustees gatherings, receptions, and guest speaker engagements.

“We’re proud to see such a remarkable group of students representing Florida Southern College,” said Dr. Jeremy Martin, president of Florida Southern College.“The Presidential Ambassadors program is designed to honor and engage students who embody the values of Florida Southern College in all aspects of their lives, both on campus and beyond. Each of these talented individuals is an exemplary member of our community.”
Presidential Ambassadors are nominated by Florida Southern College faculty and staff and selected by a confidential committee. Each student serves a 15-month term, with the option to continue in the role through graduation. These Presidential Ambassadors are recognized for distinguishing the College through their outstanding leadership, academic success and steadfast commitment to professionalism. In this role, Ambassadors will act as official representatives of the College, supporting key events, programs and initiatives that further uphold the mission and values of Florida Southern College.
The Presidential Ambassadors will begin their term immediately, engaging in activities that promote student involvement, academic success and community outreach.
